Milki Delivery is a cozy milk delivery sim. You play as Neha who moved to Nodoka Fields to find new friends for her cow, Milki. The game is set to release on November 17, 2026.

Game Mechanics

The simulation is based around collecting milk from your friend cow, Milki. Then, you go and deliver milk to all the villagers. Over time, the villagers start asking you to collect things to complete quests and so you are deliver more than milk at some point. The game mechanics are really simple. I played the whole demo with only my mouse.

Side Characters

The side characters are extremely unique and I absolutely love that!

The developers also did a good job at dripping the back story of the village and how exactly the villagers are connected to one another. I found the stories and those connections super endearing. Absolutely melted my heart throughout. It got me thinking that I have to go call my grandma!

As you continue having more dialogues with characters you unlock more areas of the map. The nice thing though, is that you are not sporadically unlocking the map all disconnected. The reason you unlock an area of the map has something to do with the history between those characters or items or locations. Sounds simple! But you’d be surprise how many games don’t incorporate that (ahem.. Minami Lane..)

Console

I played the demo via Steam on my PC. The Demo is available on PC, Mac and Steam.

Developers

The game was created by Blibloop and Doot. They are the same indie developers that created Minami Lane. Let me just say right now. I like this game 3000% more than Minami Lane <3 Thank you guys!

My First Impressions

Character Friendships

I’m fully invested in Grandma Yuma and Tavi. I love their story and I want to see them achieve their new goals. I’m trying not to share spoilers if you haven’t watched the video gameplay above.

I also wonder what other friendships exist with the villagers that left. I’m motivated to get them back into our village. If you love character and story development, at a simple level (not a full on narrative game), this game is for you.

Character Dialogue: Grandma Yuma makes us feel guilty!

Grandma Yuma is my favorite character and she keeps reminding me to call my grandma. She pulls my heart strings in every single dialogue I have with her.

Console & Player Controls

I played the whole game on my PC and only needed to use my mouse. I never used the keyboard, which is nice, because sometimes I get wrist pain from being at my computer. All the controls worked perfectly.

Map Navigation & Quests

I got a bit confused earlier in the game as to how to navigate the unlocked areas of the map. There was a point the button to transport wouldn’t appear on the map navigation. I’m not exactly sure if it was because it was a demo and they wanted me to move the story along or if that is the expected gameplay. Only go to areas that have to do with the quest. I’m not sure. But, I was able to view past it and enjoy the demo anyway. Just be prepared when you play the demo.

The map itself felt small enough to be an indie game but large enough to not get bored. It was the right size to spark curiosity in me. For example, there is a waterside area. I wonder what villagers are there. I wonder what they do day to day and how Neha, the main character, can help them. I’m also curious to see how different areas of the map make the NPCs interact with each other (the way Grandma Yuma and Tavi do). All in all, loved the map.

Storyline

I’m gutted every time Grandma Yuma tells me how the village used to be in the past and all the different things that stopped working over time and how the people left. There is a huge element of uncovering this story of this forgotten village that has me totally hooked. As you uncover the past, you also help establish new presence and liveliness in the village that makes it all cozy and worth the effort.

Thank you for reading! Let me know in the comments what you thought about this game or what types of games you enjoy the most.
